You are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice, as well as any missed appointments or no-shows, will result in the loss of your booking fee and the full remaining balance becoming payable. Please note that appointments booked using a promotional offer or discount may only be rescheduled a maximum of two times. Any further changes will result in the full standard treatment price becoming due.
