The process involves two appointments - a dissolve appointment and a filler appointment scheduled two weeks apart. 48 hrs notice is required to cancel/reschedule
You must contact a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so, and all no shows, will result in the loss of your booking fee and you will be liable to pay the full outstanding balance.
